The project CARETRINITY is implemented under the H2020 project “Pre-commercial procurement for integrated CARE solutions addressing the Multimorbidity mATRIX in ageing populations – CAREMATRIX” and is co-financed by the European Union (GA 964370).

The project started in March 2023 and the 1st phase is expected to be completed in July 2023.
